Lip Filler in Milwaukee & New Berlin, WI
"Good lips don't start with filler. They start with assessment."
Precision lip shaping by Natasa and Christy, Registered Nurses — serving Milwaukee, New Berlin, Waukesha, Brookfield, and SE Wisconsin
At A-Class Aesthetics, every lip treatment begins with a full analysis — symmetry, proportions, profile balance, and lip structure — before a single injection is placed. Using Juvederm, Restylane, and a modified Russian technique, we shape lips that look natural, balanced, and refined. Not bigger. Just better.

Precision Lip Shaping —
Modified Russian Technique
Our modified Russian technique takes the vertical control and discipline of traditional Russian lip filler — and adapts it for a low-volume, natural result. The focus is on crisp, refined borders, controlled central lift, a flat elegant side profile, and zero heaviness. No exaggerated projection. No overfilling. Just a lip that looks organised, polished, and natural.
"Crispy lips aren't about more filler. They're about precision in every millimetre — a clean Cupid's bow, sharp but natural borders, and an even surface with no irregularities. High control. Low excess."
Not All Lips Are Treated the Same
One of the biggest mistakes in lip treatments is applying the same technique to every anatomy. We adapt approach, depth, and product based on the structure in front of us.
Every new filler patient at A-Class Aesthetics receives a complimentary 3-week follow-up. This is where we assess how the product settled, address any asymmetries, and plan next steps. Our philosophy is a slow, steady build — natural results come from multiple sessions, not one overloaded appointment.
Juvederm, Restylane & RHA —
Chosen by Behaviour, Not by Brand
We don't choose filler by name. We choose it by rheology — how a product flows, resists pressure, and integrates into tissue. The right product in the wrong plane produces the wrong result. Here's how we select for your lips.
Higher G' prime makes Restylane-L our choice when a lip needs defined lift, crisp borders, or vertical height. It holds its shape without spreading.
G' prime (pronounced "G prime") is the measure of a filler's firmness — its resistance to deformation under pressure. A higher G' prime means the product holds its shape when compressed by movement or surrounding tissue. Restylane-L's higher G' prime means it provides structural lift without spreading laterally, giving us precise control over where volume sits and how the border is defined. For clients who want their lips to look polished rather than puffy, this property is what makes that possible.
Juvederm products are thicker in consistency. To be a good candidate, you typically need naturally fuller lips with enough tissue to accommodate the product — clients with thin lips are not suited to this filler.
Juvederm Ultra XC is the thicker of the two — higher viscosity, more projection, suited to clients who want visible volume and already have the lip anatomy to carry it without looking heavy. Volbella XC is softer and sits more delicately in the tissue, making it the more forgiving Juvederm option for clients on the border of candidacy. Neither is suitable for thin or flat lips — for that anatomy, Restylane-L or RHA 2 are almost always the better choice. Whether you're a candidate for either Juvederm product is something we assess at your appointment based on your individual lip structure.
Lower G' prime means these products spread softly and integrate seamlessly. Redensity alone is used when the goal is lip hydration, not volume.
RHA 2 is a resilient hyaluronic acid formula from Revance designed to move with the face naturally — excellent for areas with high dynamic movement like the lips. Redensity (also from Revance) is a bio-revitalizer containing a low concentration of hyaluronic acid along with amino acids and antioxidants — used specifically when a patient's primary goal is lip hydration, improved skin quality, and a subtle plumping effect without structural volume change. It is not a substitute for standard filler when visible shaping is the goal.
Lip Filler Cost in
Milwaukee & New Berlin, WI
Pricing is based on the amount of product used and your choice of injector. Most first-time patients start with a half or full syringe depending on their goals and anatomy. We take a slow-and-steady approach — the best results come from building over time, not loading product in a single session.

*Quarter syringe is reserved for follow-up touch-ups and minor asymmetry corrections — not recommended for clients seeking volume. We recommend a minimum of half a syringe for first-time or volume-seeking patients.
Finance Your
Lip Filler with Cherry
Break your treatment into manageable payments — 0% APR options available. No large upfront cost required.
Our goal is for you to love your lips without anyone knowing you have filler. The best results look like you were simply born with a more beautiful version of your own lips. If your goals don't align with our treatment philosophy — for example, an amount of filler we feel would not produce a natural result — we'll have an honest conversation about it. We won't treat outside our standard of care.

Every new filler patient at A-Class Aesthetics receives a complimentary 3-week follow-up appointment. This is where we assess how the product settled, address any asymmetries, and plan next steps if needed. Good lip work isn't how it looks on the day — it's how it looks weeks later. Our philosophy is a slow, steady build. Natural results come from multiple sessions over time, not from one overloaded appointment.
Not Sure Whether You Need a
Lip Flip or Lip Filler?
A lip flip uses a small amount of neurotoxin to relax the muscle above the upper lip, creating the appearance of more lip without adding volume. Lip filler adds structure, shape, and projection using hyaluronic acid. Many patients benefit from both — the flip softens the upper border while filler creates the underlying shape.
A small neurotoxin dose (Botox or Dysport) relaxes the orbicularis oris muscle above the upper lip. The lip rolls outward slightly, revealing more of the upper lip border. No added volume — the change is subtle and softening. Results last 8–12 weeks.
Hyaluronic acid filler adds structure, shape, and projection to the lips. Results address volume, border definition, Cupid's bow shape, asymmetry, and lip height — none of which a lip flip alone can change. Results last 6–12 months.
Many clients combine both — book a lip flip alongside your filler appointment and ask your injector at assessment.

Lip Filler FAQ —
Milwaukee & New Berlin
Lip filler typically lasts 6–12 months, though this varies based on the product used, your metabolism, and the amount injected. Restylane-L, which we use for structured results, tends to hold shape well over time due to its higher G' prime. Softer products like RHA 2 or Redensity integrate more fluidly and may metabolise slightly faster.
We schedule a 3-week follow-up for all new patients and build results gradually over time for the most natural, long-lasting outcome.
Most patients find lip filler very manageable in terms of comfort. Before your appointment begins, we apply a medical-grade numbing cream containing Lidocaine 23% and Tetracaine 7%, which sits for 10–20 minutes. All of the dermal filler products we use also contain lidocaine, so comfort increases as the treatment progresses.
We also change the needle frequently throughout treatment to minimise tissue trauma, reduce bruising, and keep each pass as comfortable as possible.
We select products based on rheology — how a filler flows, resists pressure, and integrates into tissue — rather than by brand name alone. For structure and height, we use Restylane-L, which has a higher G' prime and holds its shape well in the lip.
For soft, pillowy lips, we use RHA 2 or Redensity from the Revance portfolio, which have a lower G' prime and integrate fluidly. For clients who only want lip hydration without added volume, we use Redensity alone. We also use Juvederm Volbella XC and Ultra XC depending on the goal.
Lip filler at A-Class Aesthetics starts at $495 for a half syringe with Christy (Lead RN) and $525 with Natasa (Founder RN). A full syringe — approximately the size of a blueberry and less than most people expect — is $695 with Christy and $725 with Natasa.
We only inject a maximum of one syringe per appointment to allow the tissue time to settle properly. Cherry financing is available on all services, and a complimentary 3-week follow-up is included for all new filler patients at no additional charge.
The Russian technique is an injection method focused on vertical lift, precise border definition, and structured results — as opposed to forward projection or volume flooding. At A-Class Aesthetics, we use a modified version that preserves the discipline and control of the Russian approach but adapts it for a more natural, low-volume result.
The focus is on crisp, refined borders, controlled central lift, a flat elegant side profile, and zero heaviness. This technique is particularly well-suited for clients who want their lips to look better — not bigger.
Swelling is most significant in the first 24–48 hours and will make lips appear larger than the final result. By days 3–7 the majority of swelling has resolved. Between weeks 2–3 the shape begins to settle and define. Final results are typically visible by week 3–4, though mild residual swelling can persist for up to 6 weeks.
This is why we schedule a complimentary 3-week follow-up — we assess settling and address any adjustments at that appointment, not on the day of treatment.
No. Lip filler and all dermal filler treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Please inform us at booking if your status has changed and we will reschedule your appointment. If resurfacing treatment is something you still want to pursue during pregnancy, our KrX Green Sea Peel is the only pregnancy-safe resurfacing option we offer — however filler is not available in any circumstances.
Both Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers, but they behave differently in tissue. Restylane-L has a higher G' prime — firmer, more resistant to spreading — making it our choice when we want to add height, define borders, or create a structured, crispy result. Juvederm products like Volbella XC are more flexible and integrate smoothly, making them excellent for natural fullness and overall lip balancing.
The right choice depends on your lip anatomy, your goals, and the technique being used — all of which we assess at your appointment. We don't ask you to choose in advance.
For 48 hours before treatment, avoid blood thinners including Aspirin, Ibuprofen/Advil, Fish Oil, Vitamin E, Turmeric, and Alcohol — these increase bruising risk significantly. Discontinue Retinoids two days before treatment.
If you have a history of cold sores (Herpes Simplex), let us know at booking — antiviral medication may be prescribed as a precaution. Schedule your appointment at least 4 weeks before any major event to allow full healing and settling.
