After working in healthcare for over a decade and practicing as a Medical Surgical Nurse at Froedtert Hospital, Natasa progressed into the aesthetic field where she found her true dream and passion. With her artistic background, attention to detail, and eye for aesthetics, injecting came naturally to her.
Natasa has completed vast amounts of advanced injecting courses and has trained alongside the best Injectors in the industry from all over the world. She is committed to perfecting her skills through advanced training courses and learning the most cutting edge injecting techniques.

Hi, I’m Christy, a Registered Nurse with a deep passion for aesthetics, creativity, and helping people feel confident in their own skin. My journey into aesthetic nursing has been one shaped by both professional growth and personal passion.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2021 and began my career on a medical-surgical unit, where I spent years building a strong clinical foundation. Working in such a fast-paced and demanding environment taught me the importance of attention to detail, patient safety, and delivering compassionate care—skills that remain at the heart of everything I do.
After gaining experience in med-surg, I decided to broaden my horizons and took on local travel nursing assignments which brought me to the Milwaukee area. I’m originally from up north.
I’ve always had a love for makeup, drawing, painting, and all things creative. The idea of blending my artistic background with my clinical knowledge is what led me to pursue a career in aesthetic nursing. This new role allows me to channel my passion for artistry while helping others look and feel their best. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about enhancing someone’s natural features and witnessing the confidence that radiates as a result.
Whether it’s tox, dermal fillers, or skincare treatments, my goal is to provide subtle, natural-looking results that align with each client’s unique beauty features and goals. I believe aesthetic treatments should empower people to feel like their best authentic selves.
Outside of work, I’m a big believer in living life to the fullest. I am a very active person and love doing all the things— whether that’s hiking, playing sports, being out on the water, or even fishing. I have a deep passion for painting and drawing and when I pick up a paint brush or pencil I’m in my happy place where all the craziness in the world fades away and it’s just me and my artwork. That’s how I want you to feel while you’re in my chair— where you and your goals are the center of my focus. I also love trying new things whether it’s a new hobby or trying a new restaurant out. I believe continuous learning and growth is important for both inside and outside of work.
Becoming an aesthetic nurse has truly been a dream come true, and I’m so grateful to be able to do work that I love every day. I look forward to being part of your journey and helping you feel confident, refreshed, and naturally radiant.
CASSIDY, AESTHETICIAN
LEAD MEDICAL AESTETICIAN
Hi, I’m Cassidy, a licensed aesthetician with a passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin. My path into aesthetics has been shaped by both professional experience and personal perspective.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas in 2015 and spent the next decade building a successful career in both the wedding and matchmaking industries. In those roles, I supported women through some of life’s most meaningful moments, which reinforced the importance of empathy, trust, and creating a space where people feel truly seen and cared for—values that continue to guide my work today.
After many rewarding years in both startup and corporate environments, I felt drawn toward a more personal and purpose-driven path. Having experienced my own struggles with a multitude of skin concerns, I understand the frustration and emotional impact they can have. Those experiences ultimately led me to pursue esthetics, where I can focus on helping others achieve healthier skin and renewed confidence.
I graduated from the Mequon-Thiensville School of Esthetics, receiving multiple certifications in advanced modalities. Learning from respected leaders within the industry, I have also completed additional training focused on the function of the skin and advanced microneedling techniques to address a variety of complex skin conditions.
My approach to skincare is rooted in integrity, education, and long-term skin health. My background brings a unique balance of results-driven thinking, empathy, and deep respect for client relationships. I believe the most meaningful results come through true partnership: listening closely to each client’s goals, providing thoughtful guidance, and developing personalized plans that support the skin over time rather than chasing quick fixes.
Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, being outdoors, camping, hiking, and relaxing by the water whenever possible. As a creative outlet, I love antique shopping, interior design, and writing poetry when I need a quiet moment of reflection. I believe that health is wealth and look forward to incorporating wellness practices into the treatment room.

Dr. DAVE CHRISTIANSON
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Meet Dave, a medical professional with a keen interest in the aesthetic side of medicine. While doing a plastic surgery rotation in medical school, Dave's passion for aesthetics was initially piqued. Although he pursued a different medical career path for some time, his aesthetic interest was reignited in 2007 when he sought treatments for the "angry 11s" between his eyebrows. This experience prompted Dave to switch to an aesthetic career, which he now rates as a perfect 10.
However, training opportunities for aesthetic medicine were limited when Dave started his training in 2007. As a result, he traveled far and wide to learn techniques for BOTOX® and dermal filler injections. Today, Dave is recognized as one of the leading facial aesthetic injectors in the industry and is an official trainer for aesthetic companies such as Allergan (BOTOX®, Juvederm®, Voluma®, Volbella®), Galderma (Sculptra® Aesthetic), and Dermasculpt (microcannulas). He trains other medical professionals throughout the Midwest while also serving as the medical director of A-Class Aesthetics and other clinics in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
