No — there's no meaningful difference in comfort between the three. All are delivered through a very fine needle, and each injection takes about a second. Most patients describe it as a brief pinch, far milder than expected.

What actually affects comfort is the area being treated — the forehead and lip area are more sensitive than the masseter or trapezius — and injector technique. No numbing is needed for standard facial areas.

Side effects are the same across all three products. Common and expected: small raised bumps at injection sites that settle within 20–30 minutes, brief redness, occasional mild bruising, and sometimes a mild headache in the first day or two.

Uncommon: eyelid or brow droop, caused by product migrating to a muscle it wasn't meant to reach. It's largely preventable through correct placement and following aftercare — and critically, it's always temporary. Neurotoxin wears off by nature, so even a poor result is a waiting problem rather than a permanent one.
